Regional centers are non-profit private corporations that contract with the Department of Developmental Services to provide individuals with developmental disabilities with services and supports to support their integration into the mainstream life of the community.
The developmental disabilities for which you can receive regional center services are: cerebral palsy, epilepsy, autism, mental retardation, and other conditions closely related to mental retardation or that require similar treatment.
Ms. Cochran has experience representing clients at Individual Program Plan (IPP) meetings, informal meetings and fair hearings concerning eligibility and services.
